By installing or using the Prepped Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.
Prepped is a tool designed to help users prepare for upcoming meetings by surfacing relevant context and calendar events. The Extension is provided "as-is" and is intended for productivity purposes.
Third-Party Dependency: The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Google APIs (for Calendar/Gmail data) and Gumroad (for payments). We are not responsible for service outages, data syncing delays, or interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
License Keys: Access to premium features requires a valid license key purchased through our authorized reseller, Gumroad. You agree not to share, resell, or publicly distribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are flagged for abuse, piracy, or public sharing.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled at our discretion. Generally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are typically not issued unless required by local law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscriptions or licenses at any time. Existing active subscriptions will be honored at the rate secured at the time of purchase until the subscription term ends.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy . Prepped acts as a local-first tool; we do not permanently store your calendar or email data on our servers. It is processed locally or ephemerally for the purpose of displaying your schedule.
The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. You use the Extension at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepped shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Country/State here, e.g., India], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
